VentureLocal.ca collects account email addresses, route purchase records, guide request details, route feedback, and basic analytics needed to operate the service.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. VentureLocal.ca stores Stripe session and payment identifiers, not card numbers.

We use submitted guide request and feedback information to match guides, improve editorial quality, provide support, and prevent abuse.
