Refund policy

Route purchases unlock digital content immediately after payment confirmation. If a checkout succeeds but access does not appear in your account, contact support with your Stripe receipt so we can restore access or refund the charge.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, technical fulfillment failures, or materially incorrect route availability.

Food, transportation, and third-party partner purchases are not VentureLocal.ca charges.
